Julia is truly an excellent nurse, always willing to answer any questions and advocate for my child. She was so sweet and caring with my son; she always explained every single process and plan that my son was going to have for the day. She devoted a lot of time to making me feel heard when I raised any questions or concerns. She was also there for the moment of my son’s extubation and really gave me a clear picture of the process, which I really appreciated.

My son had a rough process after extubation, and Julia was there every second, ensuring that he was suctioned, cleaned, comfortable, well-positioned, vitals were good, and communicated with doctors through the process. I could not have imagined going through this difficult process without her. Julia made a huge difference in my child’s care, and we were so grateful to have her as our nurse.
