Julces made a difference in our lives during one of the most difficult times. She showed genuine support, compassion, patience, and kindness not only to my mother but also to my father, who was a patient, and to our entire family. Having both my parents under medical care at the same time was overwhelming, but Julces made us feel supported, safe, and cared for. Her calm and reassuring presence brought comfort to my parents and helped ease my worries as well.
