Her consistent support, encouragement, and mentorship have enabled me to develop and enhance my skills in my role and despite Judith working all over LLR she is always present and available for our team should any issues arise or if we just want a cuppa and a walk around the secret garden! Judith always takes the time to care for her team's well-being and is responsive to our many needs. Her guidance has played a pivotal role in the success of rolling out the BEE Award initiative; Judith encourages my critical thinking and offers great advice and insight when it is sought.
