What a fortunate patient I was to have Judith as my nurse on the day of my abdominal surgery. Pre-surgery she went above and beyond with my pre-op teaching so I would know what to expect. She reassured me she would be here waiting for me after my surgery to care for me. Although I didn't remember, my wife informed me she and the team members worked together to get me off the transport bed into my bed in the room. She then began my post-op care immediately and secured my safety. As I got to know her, Judith developed with me a great caring relationship. I and my wife were most impressed with how she was a role model for the GGCU student RNs. I am thankful to Judith and to NCH for having her on your care giving team!
