In the five days I've spent here after having surgery, there is not a single nurse or tech who doesn't deserve praise and acknowledgment. And I truly mean that from the bottom of my heart. How fortunate for this hospital to find such gems. Many years ago, I couldn't have said this. There is one particular RN who I have watched and listened to in my stay here who seems to be a leader. I say this because I watched so many other staff members go to them for advice. I also have had the pleasure and blessing of them being my very own nurse. The skills, loyalty, experience, kindness, accuracy, and outstanding care are from this nurse. I hope the hospital truly appreciates them, as this really makes a huge difference and is indeed a big deal. I felt COMPLETELY taken care of, with excellence, by them. I can say the same for a few others as well. This nurse stands above them still. In my experience in having their care, they are truly deserving of the DAISY Award.
