I was connected with an ARN who proved to be very caring as he guided me through my issues of discomfort and worries about what I should do next. He was thorough and walked me patiently through the steps to help calm me. I think he knew how scared I was, as I'm usually more in control, but he completely understood and helped me through a very nerve-wracking time. My husband and I are long-time Kaiser members. Over the years, I've had to rely on help from advice line staff.
