Jordan goes above and beyond for her patients every day. I have seen her on countless occasions call families to explain test results and to schedule surgeries, and answer their questions masterfully. She is always kind and respectful and makes sure that all of their questions are answered. She keeps track of things very carefully to make sure nothing is missed and that things that need following up actually get taken care of. She is always punctual and respects her role and others' positions. ​

She truly cares about her patients and will remind the other providers, especially the surgeon she works with, about the small details that make each patient unique and how to best relate to them and fulfill their needs. She has been tasked with coordinating a multi-specialty team with a lot of different personalities and strengths and weaknesses. When some of the members underperform or struggle to fulfill their part of the care, she will bring this to light and help find solutions.
