Nurse Jordan truly went above and beyond during my recovery after my C-section. In one of the most vulnerable and overwhelming moments of my life, Jordan was a consistent, calming presence who made me feel seen, heard, and cared for.

Every morning, without fail, Jordan made sure I received my medications promptly, even before I had to ask. It might seem like a small thing to some, but after surgery, when pain and uncertainty made everything feel so fragile, knowing that Jordan would be there made all the difference. There was a unique comfort in seeing her walk into my room at the beginning of her shift—I instantly felt safer and more at ease.

I knew that if she was on duty, everything would be okay. Her attention to detail, her kindness, and her genuine care brought me peace when I needed it most. Jordan didn’t just do her job—she made me feel human again when I was overwhelmed and exhausted. Her dedication, empathy, and follow-through turned a difficult experience into something manageable.
