Jonathan is very caring, thoughtful, and compassionate. He knew my mom hated being poked many times a day for blood work and culture since it was very hard to locate a vein and running out of areas to poke. When the phlebotomist showed up, Jonathan would contact the doctor to see if it could be rescheduled so that my mom would be poked once for all the various blood work and culture.

In addition, since my mom was poked many times for the same blood work, with some times being unsuccessful, Jonathan would call to request the hospital’s best phlebotomist to come. He stood by her side as if she were family.
