Jonathan was a triage nurse for 2 of my daughters over the years, and his bedside manner was superb. A few years ago, Jonathan cared for my youngest daughter as an infant with a high fever that wouldn’t come down. About a month ago I again visited the ER to receive care for my daughter who injured her ankle while playing basketball. Both times, Jonathan's caring manner showed his genuine love for people and his job.

Jonathan was very knowledgeable, yet humble in his presentation of facts, and overall was reassuring and calm, which helped with my nerves as a concerned mother. As a mother of 7 children, I can expect emergencies to happen here and there. However, I’m so thankful there are still nurses out there like Jonathan who bless others with their kindness and genuine care, making emergencies less stressful!
