Consistently helpful with Spanish interpretation, and also almost always able to walk into a room of a patient that is not even hers and have a good idea of the healthcare that is being delivered and a good understanding of what she is translating.

Johnnie was an amazing nurse. She provided excellent care for my grandmother. She explained everything that was going on, and really advocated for my grannie. She even held grannie's hand when she was so worried and really helped her through her hospital stay.

My son was admitted to the hospital for a couple of days and she made sure he felt comfortable. He's only 9, so he would constantly be requesting snacks, drinks, etc, and she was very attentive to him and would get him all his snacks, etc. She would come in and just make sure we were both comfortable. In our room, it would get very hot, so she brought us a fan and even put a sheet over the window so it wouldn't be so hot for us, I didn't even have to ask her. She answered all of my questions, I had a lot, the best that she could. She was a great nurse and we appreciated it so much.
