Ms. Johnetta Carroll has gone above and beyond in the care she has provided to me, and I truly believe she embodies everything the DAISY Award represents. From the very beginning, she has been consistently pleasant, patient, and compassionate. She has a calm spirit that immediately puts you at ease, and she created an environment where I felt comfortable asking questions and speaking openly about my health.

Instead of rushing through the conversation or giving a short answer, Ms. Carroll took the time to explain the medication in a way that I could clearly understand.
