With genuine empathy and patience, she stepped in to help my wife feed our baby, offering not just medical assistance but also emotional comfort and reassurance when we needed it most.
I can honestly say that my wife was going through an incredibly difficult and emotional time because our newborn baby was struggling to breastfeed. As new parents, we felt overwhelmed, worried, and unsure of what to do next. It was one of those moments where fear and helplessness quietly take over, and you just wish someone kind would step in and guide you through it.

In the middle of that stressful experience, a truly compassionate nurse came to our aid. What made her kindness even more remarkable was that she herself was pregnant at the time, yet she did not hesitate for a moment to support us. With genuine empathy and patience, she stepped in to help my wife feed our baby, offering not just medical assistance but also emotional comfort and reassurance when we needed it most.

Despite her own condition and the physical demands she must have been facing, she spent nearly 45 minutes with my wife, carefully guiding her through the process of breastfeeding. She showed us proper techniques, explained everything gently and clearly, and stayed with us until she was confident that my wife felt more comfortable and capable. Her presence was calm, patient, and deeply reassuring during a time when everything felt uncertain.

What touched me most was the quiet sacrifice she made without ever making it seem like a burden. She chose to invest her time, energy, and care into helping us as new parents, ensuring that our baby could be fed and that my wife would feel supported rather than alone. I will never forget that act of kindness—it was more than just professional care. It was genuine humanity, compassion, and selflessness at a moment when we needed it most.
