The Nurse John has a very kind and humble spirit. He made me feel like I was a loving family member of his, coming into the Emergency Room for care. He is a very professional nurse, yet still showed me a lot of tender loving, care. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. He was very open with explaining what was going on with my care and all the orders that the doctor put in, and he made sure I was warm with blankets and never thirsty.

He peeked in the room to make sure everything was working and okay. I can say every time I came to the Emergency Room, and I see a kind, loving familiar face like John, I know I'm in great hands with his team along with him. I thank you very much for all the wisdom and empathy both as a person and a nurse.
