John Randle was assigned to my husband on his first day after a quadruple heart bypass. John was absolutely amazing with both my husband and me. He showed compassion and was extremely attentive to us. John made it a point to make sure that we were well informed and understood what to expect along the road to recovery. He was with us the first two days post-op and we could not have asked for anyone better. We hated for him to have two days off but it was well deserved! Upon his return, he stopped by to check on my husband and encourage him through a small setback. Not only was John a comfort for my husband, the patient, but he also gave the family comfort. He was very willing to answer any questions and address our concerns. John deserves to be recognized for his service - he is a true caregiver!!
