John went out of his way to deliver kind, compassionate, and caring nursing care. Even when he was quite busy with tasks. I especially needed to shave. John was busy, but he took time out of his busy shift to help me. He helped with several other tasks. I never felt rushed or burdensome. If all nurses were like him, some patients would have less anxiety while in the hospital when they are not at their best. In my eyes, he is a rock star!
