A thoughtful, authentic caregiver. John helped me take my mom out to my car in a wheelchair and get her up into my SUV. He was positive, humble, and helpful.

John is wonderful. He is humble, kind, thorough, and steady as a rock! He goes above and beyond to communicate with me about my mom. He is so kind to her and to our family. He gives everyone his best and prioritizes and takes care of the endless needs around him with quiet confidence. No task is below him. His sense of humor helps soothe. He listens well and offers great solutions. He is genuine and contributes to making the environment as “homey” as possible for the residents. Our mother loves it when John is working and thinks he is a wonderful nurse.

John is always trying to be helpful. He comes and brings me what I need, then he lets me rest. He is very gentle when I have a wound. He is kind and treats me with so much respect. I always feel calmer when he cares for me, and I’m glad the days he is on duty. He is probably my favorite nurse!
