We would like to commend our nurse, Joanne. Five stars do not even come close to a good rating for her. Words can barely describe how incredible Joanne is. She's professional, very smart, and on the ball. She's so attentive. Her concern for the patient was above the norm. Her patience! Wow! No matter how many times she had to help him to the bathroom, she did it with a smile. And she reassured my husband that it was all ok.

Joanne was concerned about me as well, and that has never happened to me before in any hospital. Whoever cares about the patient's spouse? We felt her love. We had never met her before, yet she exuded warmth and genuine care. We could tell she wasn't just doing her job. It was so much more. Also, when we needed her, she was there and quick. She never took a break. Amazing! Joanne was also fun. We laughed together as well.

My husband has been in almost every New York hospital,  but never ever did we come across a wonderful and kind nurse like Joann. She's everything! Joanne made our stay at Good Samaritan extremely pleasant. Thank you for having her as a part of your team.
