The first time I met Joanna, she was so kind to me. I was newly diagnosed with breast cancer and abruptly thrown into the scary world of cancer treatments and the unknown. Of course, I was beside myself with fear and tears. Joanna literally was my nursing guardian angel. Joanna spent so much time with me, even after I saw the doctor.

 Joanna explained things to me, let me cry, comforted me, hugged me, but most importantly, she listened to me and was really present. She made me feel heard and gave me hope that I would be ok. This wonderful treatment that I experienced with Joanna that day was not a one-and-done deal. I am now three years into my breast cancer journey.

During every appointment during the last 3 years, Joanna has been consistently excellent. She never makes you feel like she's busy or in a hurry, even though the clinic is often running behind. I really hope you acknowledge Joanna, as she is truly a credit to her profession.
