In each appointment I’ve had in general surgery, Joan has, without fail, every single time, made the appointment feel much less stressful. She’s always smiling and willing to chit-chat as she does patient triage. From consultation to post op, Joan has made each appointment feel less stressful and has answered questions and explained things very clearly. General Surgery is very blessed to have Joan working in their department; there is no other living person who is better suited for her position.
