Nurse Joan was such a wonderful, caring nurse for our mom in her final days. Joan always took the time Mom needed for anything and never made Mom feel rushed or that she was a bother at all. Her kind words and listening ears were a blessing to Mom. The compassion Joan shows everyone from patient to family to visitors was so appreciated. Joan will always be special to us because of how she cared for Mom.
