Joan treated her brother with care and respect and wanted to thank her for being so nice and professional.
Joan’s standard of care and attributes are reflective in the care she provides to our patients. We have received several calls and emails from patients and families to compliment her on the great care she has provided. For example, M’s sister called to let us know that they appreciate the care this nurse gives and she was always on time. She treated her brother with care and respect and wanted to thank her for being so nice and professional.
Another patient called to say that this nurse was very nice and professional. She stated that if she were to ever use our services again, she would want her to be her nurse.
A patient’s daughter contacted the VNA to praise her and said she brought joy to their home.
Another patient’s daughter called to request her as the case manager. She said she took her time with her father, answered all of his questions patiently, and made sure that he always had wound care supplies. She wanted to call to let us know what a wonderful and knowledgeable nurse she is.
Joan is also readily available to assistant her coworkers and the team. And for these reason, Joan is a true DAISY Nurse.
