My son felt absolutely safe with Jim. When he would come in to discuss everything about his upcoming surgery, he would kneel or squat to bed level and speak and communicate clearly. Jim had such a great sense of humor every time he would come into the room. I honestly have not had a nurse with the all-around care Jim gave my son. You made surgery day bearable and a breeze.
