Jim Hartman, BSN, RN

I had Jim Hartman for three nights. He showed great compassion, empathy, and caring. He always explained what we were doing treatment-wise, which helped keep me calmer. He shared his life experiences with me, which made me feel more at ease. He held my hand when I was scared and crying. He looked me in the eye with a great deal of calmness and confidence when I needed it. Jim was knowledgeable and was right there to give me options for medications to help me sleep. Jim made me feel like a human being, not just a number. I really felt like I mattered to him! Jim was always friendly. He made me laugh when I needed to. I so appreciate laughter! Jim was a real hero for me.
