It is my opinion that this nurse displayed attributes from all the values. I was under the care of a different nurse and found my IV was compromised. My nurse sought the assistance of Jillian since I’m what they call a hard stick. She was scheduled to take a break but came to make sure I was in good care before she left. She replaced my IV port in no time & was on her way. Later that same day, the IV location was tender to the touch and hurt during the flush. So for the 2nd time during that day she came to assist. During this time, my family was visiting and had many questions regarding the process. She was patient, kind & efficient. My IV was quickly replaced & my dad received a full technology explanation. Above & beyond service.
