In a freak accident/coincidence, my wife and I fractured our left wrist in the same place when holidaying in New York. I needed surgery to fix a comminuted fracture. While everyone in surgery took great care, Jill Meadows went beyond the call of duty to take care of my wife and me. While I was struggling with severe pain post-surgery, Jill not only helped set up for a nerve shock blocker, she got my wife, who was also in pain, a reclining chair, water, and crackers. Worried that we have no one at home to help us, Jill checked if anyone could come home to help us.
