Jill was assigned to my client, and she did an outstanding job. My client has short-term memory loss, which causes him to forget multiple things within a few minutes. He can also be very ornery, but Jill did a phenomenal job reassuring him, being patient, and ensuring he felt as comfortable as possible. My client continued to praise her and rave about her to me and other staff members. He has not forgotten Jill and how she made him feel throughout the morning of his procedure. Jill Drayfahl deserves all the praise she receives and much more.
