Jill Crivello, RN, BSN

I am recognizing Jill because she is a genuinely caring person in all aspects of her character, from her job to her personal relationships with her coworkers. I have been working as a CNA since October here at Elmbrook, and ever since I got here, every time I’ve worked with Jill, she constantly checks in on me to see how I am doing.

Even if Jill has a higher workload than me, she asks me if I need help or if I am doing okay. Jill often brings food and snacks to make sure the team is doing well. She does a great job of keeping the team’s morale high, even when it's stressful.

I have had plenty of opportunities to work alongside Jill in the patients' rooms, and I can tell she has a natural gift for genuinely caring for people. She makes sure to keep patients comfortable by working around the adversity they bring, such as going in when it is convenient for them or answering a call light or alarm swiftly.

Jill doesn’t mind doing the dirty work of the job and actually accepts it. She is always prepared when going into a patient's room, bringing items the patient would want or need.

All in all, I am thankful for the opportunity to work alongside such an outstanding, inspirational nurse.
