One of the nurses on the OR staff severely lacerated her hand. We took her to the ER, where Archie became her nurse. He was efficient and quick, but more than that, his compassion helped soothe the patient. Her adrenaline was high, and she started to tear up; Archie brought her tissues. There was chaos as the OR team members hovered. Archie never got frustrated; he just gently continued his care mission. He’s the kind of nurse I hope to have if I ever need one. Calm, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thank you for taking such good care of one of our own!

I was rushed into the ER with a ruptured ovarian cyst and internal bleeding. I was in unbearable pain, unable to breathe, and terrified that I was not going to make it, as I didn’t know what was happening to me. I carry a long history of trauma tied to hospitals and medical procedures, so coming into that ER already felt like walking into one of my worst fears. But then Arche stepped in. Arche treated me like a priority, a person, almost a friend, not just a case. He was calm, focused, and attentive. He made sure I understood what was happening at every stage, translating complex medical updates from the doctors into language I could actually grasp. He kept checking on my pain, managing my comfort with such care, and most importantly, he made me feel safe. It’s hard to explain what that means to someone who has been traumatized by the medical system before, but it’s everything. Arche didn’t just do his job; he helped me breathe through panic, helped me trust again, and gave me faith. He even made me laugh and put a smile on my face during one of the most unbearable moments of my life. I believe that kind of presence is rare in any field, especially in a busy ER. He saw me as a human being in crisis, not just a patient with a chart. To me, Arche was not just a nurse that night. He was a lifeline. I owe him more than words can express.

I never had the pleasure of meeting such a wonderful person. Skills and dedication describe only the start of this young man's journey. Thanks
