When Jewel first introduced herself as my nurse, she sat down and said, "Tell me about yourself." She said it like she truly cares about her patients. She checks up on everyone throughout the day, and we get to the point where we are just telling each other stories. Good or bad, these talks made me feel even more at peace. She was never impatient; she has always kept a cool, professional manner. She saved my life multiple times by being cool, calm, and friendly. She has words of wisdom I could never have thought of. If we are feeling down, a talk with her would put a smile on our faces.
