Jessie assisted our brother when he was admitted to the hospital from the nursing home. He had been neglected at the home and Jessie came to his rescue on the unit. We believe she went above and beyond. Jessie treated him as a person and gave him human love and attention she cared for his feet which were in terrible condition. After many hours of care on his feet, they were returned to normal condition. Jessie worked with the family and made them feel included in his care because he was unable to talk due to a previous stroke that he had. We hope that he recovers and goes to another nursing home where better treatment will be given to him but we will always think about the care that Jessie gave to him and be forever thankful that someone took the time to treat him like a human and give him the attention and care that he deserves.
