Jessica was absolutely amazing! She was so professional, polite, and patient. She was very sweet. I'm a young patient and I had an "accident" in bed. She never changed her demeanor and made me feel so at ease… even though I was mortified. She was such a professional person. She even made me feel so good that I later laughed about it and didn't feel ashamed. Thank you, Jessica, so much for the excellent care!

Jessica helped me to be calm and answered any questions or concerns I had about my stay at Kaiser. She showed me great care, also cared for my feelings and was very nice. Thank you!

Jessica was my nurse for 2 of her shifts. I needed more help and attention than I anticipated but Jessica was kind, patient, helpful, and had great bedside manner. I don't come to the doctor much, but I recognize a great nurse when I see one and Jessica is one of the best. Hospitals stays would be a better place if more nurses were like her. I would look forward to another hospital stay if she was always my nurse. Thank you Jessica!

She is so professional, efficient, and friendly. She was checking on me with courtesy to make sure I'm ok. She did everything to make sure I'm not in pain and I feel comfortable. I'm happy to have Jessica as my nurse.
