Jess was amazing on our dad’s first night and last night in the hospital. She supported our mom and dad in carrying out his final wishes. She listened to what my dad wanted and responded quickly with respect and compassion. It was a tough final night, and she provided exceptional care for my dad, sister, and mom during some very stressful moments.

Knowing Jess cared and was giving Dad the best care allowed us to get some rest as we prepared for his passing. You can feel when people care, and Jess demonstrates her caring with her focused attention. Knowing she cared and was working with the whole team to provide the best experience will be forever appreciated.
