My wife and I were at the hospital to have our first child and we were as nervous as you might expect in this situation. But what a difference Jessica made! As soon as her shift started and she took over our care, even though it was nearly midnight, she brought positive energy and inspired a tremendous amount of confidence in us; we felt extremely lucky that she would be with us for the delivery. Jessica was able to answer any questions we had and responded immediately to every one of our requests. She was always polite, encouraging, and complimentary; she made us feel as though we were doing a great job ourselves! Our fears and anxieties were drastically diminished and replaced with excitement. We were able to focus on being in the moment and enjoying our experience. The care that Jessica provided for us was the kind of care that can only be given by someone who is truly passionate about their work. Even though we had just met that night, she felt like a close friend. And that is how we will always remember her. Whenever we think about the birth of our daughter, we will always remember how great it was to have Jessica there with us.
