Jessica Munoz, RN

Jessica Munoz demonstrates IU values in everything she does for this office and the other offices; she is always willing to help out a provider or team member. Jessica was able to help a provider help one of our patients who had a serious, possibly life-threatening health issue in a different country. She and Dr. M were able to help the patient from the time they landed back in the United States until they came in for their follow-up with the provider. She called down to where the patient had landed, got them set up with an ambulance to get to a hospital down in Florida, and if it were not for Dr. M, Jessica, and even me, that patient would have had a very different outcome. Jessica pours her heart and soul into the work of caring for our patients. She always has a positive, can-do attitude. No one has anything bad to say about Jessica and the work she does. She is a great asset not only to this office but to the whole IU Health organization. No one is more suitable for this award.
