Jessica Lyons, Staff Nurses

Jessica sat with me in a private room two years ago and never left my side. She respected me, listened to my story, and helped me through a very hard time. She made me feel safe when I didn’t feel safe. She sat with me for hours and kept talking to me to get through the darkness. When I needed it, she showed me that she cared.

Now this is my second stay in hospital. Jess came straight over to me to check if I was ok. I felt heard and never felt judged. I will forever be grateful for everything Jess have done.
