I would like to nominate Jessica for her exceptional care and support during my recovery in the labor and delivery unit. Jessica was my nurse from 6 PM to 6 AM, guiding me through the most challenging moments after my C-section. Her patience and compassion were evident as she helped me clean up, get comfortable, and adjust to caring for my newborn son. She was incredibly gentle with him, ensuring that he was well-cared for, and was mindful during the night, checking on us without disturbing our rest.

Jessica was not only attentive to my needs but also to my husband's, patiently guiding us as new parents. When I was awake in the middle of the night, she would often stay to keep me company, offering comfort and reassurance. She even made sure we were well-prepared for the next nurse's shift, ensuring a seamless transition. Jessica's dedication and kindness were the reason we had such an amazing experience at Parkview Whitley. While everyone was friendly, Jessica went above and beyond, making a meaningful difference in our care.
