Jessica Holt, RN

My son was brought into the ED following a terrible fall. Jessica Holt was very kind and reassuring from the start. She welcomed my son, which helped with his nerves about being in the ED and his fear of what was to happen next.

Throughout his visit, Jessica and the doctor constantly checked on us to make sure he was doing ok, letting us know what was happening, and guiding us through every step of the way. They kept us informed of everything that was happening as far as what tests were being ordered and how he should expect the process to go until it was time to go home.

We were treated with so much kindness by everyone, including the x-ray tech, explaining everything to him and making sure he was comfortable before leaving. Overall we were so thankful in the help and care received during a stressful moment when emotions were running crazy.
