She inspires her staff to strive for excellence every day and is truly passionate about fostering a culture of compassion.
No matter what we come to her with, she seems to find an answer or a resolution. She works hard to advocate for our needs (our supply issues are a great example of this). She invites us in and makes herself available for any needs or concerns and consistently provides closed-loop communication. Jessica cares for us on a personal level, and it shows in her support and compassion every day. We are so lucky to have her!
