Jesse Kyser, BSN, RN, CCRN

From a patient's point of view, the care they receive from the staff can heavily influence their experience and, most importantly, their healing progress. Jesse, in my experience, is attentive, skilled, joyful, caring, and competent. I watched Jesse's interactions with other staff as well as with other patients. He leaves everyone with a smile on their face. In a busy ER, it takes a lot of dedication to the tasks at hand, such as making the correct calls and protecting the patients. I always felt safe with Jesse, and he was careful, polite, and skilled in all of the many tasks I saw him engage in. Kaiser has been our hospital of choice for over 50 years. I have seen and interacted with many employees and particularly the CARE staff. Jesse stands out among the best. Jesse also thinks ahead, and therefore, the patient comes out with the best possible care! Jesse is kind, humorous, quick to help, and always looking to improve the Kaiser patient's experience! That attitude makes all the difference! Jesse is dedicated and goes the extra mile to help the patients! Others that I've seen are good, but Jesse is superior! He is kind, caring, and competent. Kaiser is lucky to have him, and so are we, the patients.
