I extremely appreciate the kindness and accommodating character of Nurse Jervi.
I just want to appreciate my dad's nurse at the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU). Based on my observation, all nurses here are deserving to get this award due to their patience, untiring service, and commendable way of treating their patients. However, I think there is still one that stands best among the many. I extremely appreciate the kindness and accommodating character of Nurse Jervi. Despite being exhausted due to the overwhelming task to do, he still manages to smile and treats each one nicely. He helps a lot in the lessening of the watcher's work, and he helps in the fast recuperation of his patients.

For instance, he finds time to exchange stories with his patients. This will do a lot for the patients who are saddened due to their pitiful conditions. I greatly appreciated his consideration to talk to my sister. He knows too well that there are many things I cannot fully understand, so his willingness to give his time to talk to my sister is a commendable act of kindness. Explaining patiently every detail he needs to explain to my sister about my dad's condition.

They still bring out the best in them in serving even in this time of the pandemic. Their health and life are at risk, but they don't care, as long as they can serve others. I have been exposed to diverse people. I met some kind, rude, arrogant people. But in this place, I was able to meet one of the nicest nurses in the person of Jervi. I wish him all the best in life. And I hope he will not change regardless of how successful he would become in the future. His simple act of kindness is extraordinary. I will be forever grateful to him.
