Jeri Beth is being nominated for her extraordinary clinical skill and proactive teamwork. When a new patient from St. John’s was admitted and unexpectedly required inpatient care rather than a swing bed, Jeri Beth immediately stepped in. Without being asked, she initiated critical interventions, including starting an IV, fluids, antibiotics, drawing lab work, and setting up telemetry. Her ability to anticipate needs and jump in makes her an invaluable asset to our team and significantly improved this patient's care. Thank you for being an awesome team player!
