I would like to take this opportunity to nominate JD Anderson for the DAISY Award. I was fortunate to have him as my cardiac therapist last year. JD was always professional. He demonstrated great knowledge in all aspects of cardiac rehabilitation; he was always able to answer any question or to offer advice that would benefit me. I always left with a better understanding of my cardiac treatment and how important it was for me to continue my rehab on my own so that I could continue to improve my heart condition.

JD was always encouraging! His positive attitude was a great motivator for me, and due to his encouragement, I wanted to work harder each visit. I wanted to see improvement, and I did. I looked forward to my therapy sessions. My health improved in many ways. JD's kindness and compassion are truly amazing. His personality is welcoming. I truly enjoyed my therapy. It was a turning point in my life. I owe this to JD. I would recommend using Lincoln County Medical Center and JD to anyone who must undergo any cardiac rehabilitation. I feel anyone who utilizes these facilities and who has JD as a therapist will succeed. JD, in my opinion, is the best cardiac therapist. He makes his patients feel as if they can overcome any obstacles they may face. Thank you for your consideration.
