Jenny is unforgettable. In July 2024, I gave birth prematurely to twins at 33 weeks, and while the entire medical team was exceptional, Jenny truly stood out. As we got to know each other, she became like a friend, sharing her life and providing updates that offered comfort during our lonely NICU stay.

Jenny went above and beyond for my boys, dressing them in matching onesies and coordinating their bedding. She and her colleague were more excited about this than I was, which was heartwarming. They created Polaroid memories of my twins, and Jenny was always there, offering consistent care. She celebrated milestones with us, like the removal of feeding tubes and our eventual discharge.

Her genuine love for all the babies was evident; she once threw a birthday party for a baby who had been there a year. I felt reassured knowing my twins were in her capable hands.
