I have been in the hospital for three days. In those three days, I have received exceptional care from Jenny. She has attended to my every need with courtesy and care. Her nursing skills make me feel that I am in the best hands.

Today, I received some unexpected news that really shook me. Jenny knew that I was upset and scared, and she gave me the biggest, most sincere hug and reassured me that God is in control. She then talked to me about inconsequential life events, taking my mind off my worries. She is caring and compassionate, two qualities that I believe separate a good nurse from an exceptional nurse. I’m so fortunate to have her!
