My father-in-law, at 95 years old, had been sick with sepsis- it comes and goes for weeks at a time, and they don’t know what is causing it. The doctors are trying to figure it out. The nurse, Jenny, was very nice and courteous to us while we were waiting for them to check him into the hospital.

She checked on him constantly, making sure we were doing okay, bringing us coffee, and going above and beyond to make sure we were cared for and comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and kind and made us feel safe.
