Jennifer went above and beyond her call of duty. She stayed one hour past her shift and brought my father up from the ER, (he came in from his nursing home to be checked) to my mother, who was a patient on the 3rd floor, to see one another as they hadn't seen each other in 3 months and have been married for 57 years.
Jennifer is an absolute angel and what she did for us as a family should be recognized as nothing less than exceptional.
