I recently had a procedure in the Interventional Radiology department at Kaiser Redwood City, and I would like to recognize Nurse Jennifer for the exceptional care she provided me.
 
This was an extremely stressful and frightening experience for me, and I was absolutely terrified going into the procedure. Jennifer was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate from the very beginning. She took the time to explain every step of the process in great detail, which helped ease my fear and made me feel safe and supported.
 
Even though I am a nurse myself, being on the receiving end of care can be very overwhelming, and Jennifer truly recognized that. She never rushed me, answered all of my questions thoughtfully, and treated me with genuine empathy and respect. Her calm presence and reassurance made a world of difference during a moment when I needed it most.
 
Jennifer exemplifies everything the DAISY Award stands for. I am deeply grateful for her care and believe she deserves recognition for the extraordinary compassion she shows her patients. “
