My son was admitted to the hospital for nausea and vomiting. He's been dealing with this for two years. My son is 19 but is autistic, has ADHD, ODD, and IED. Jen was so patient and kind with him. She listened to our concerns and pushed for answers when we had questions.

My son got a roommate (an older gentleman) who was kind of combative with the nurses. He was a fall risk and wouldn't stay in bed. Jen went above and beyond to make sure my son felt safe and comfortable. She took the time to talk with him. She was also so gracious with the roommate. She spoke calmly yet firmly with the roommate.

She was always patient and was genuinely concerned with everyone's comfort, concerns, and safety. She took the time to always listen to her patients. Her patience with the roommate was saintly, and her genuine concern for my son's mental health was top-notch!
