Jen was incredible. Her bedside manner was stellar! Our mother went to the ICU for her heart (AFIB). Jen was her first nurse, and wow.

She was patient, sweet, and we didn’t have to tell her twice that Momma can’t hear. She came in and would speak in her ear so she could hear every word. She always took time to answer any questions the four sisters had.

Jen, I just want you to know, you definitely chose the correct career choice. All the staff were wonderful. Thank you so much for your service.
